全運會彩繪飛機來了！
9月9日，記者走進廣州飛機維修工程無限公司（GAMECO）的噴漆機庫，近距離探秘十五運主題彩VW零件繪飛機“活氣灣區”號的噴繪過程。
本次活動的配角——南航“活氣灣區”號，選用空客A350寬體客機進行噴繪，于8月27日進場，計劃于9月15日落成，9月19日正式表態。機身彩繪以“活氣灣區 躍動世界”為主題，畫面主體由港珠澳年夜橋、十五運吉利物“喜洋洋”和“樂融融”、飛翔的海鷗和舉頭怒放的木棉花配合構成。
飛機噴漆是一項精細復雜的系統工程。據介紹，一架飛機的“新衣”誕生，需經歷周全的機體檢查、往除舊汽車材料報價漆、清洗概況、掩蔽保護、底漆噴涂、多道色漆噴涂和清漆保護等一系列嚴謹工序。
這架“活氣灣區”號機身圖案復雜、細節單一，機身顏色有50多種，在噴繪上有不少難度水箱水。南航技術團隊應用了2D投影至3D立體進行制圖，通過運用展平技術制作“活氣灣區”模板。這個技術有用縮短了圖案定位時間和噴漆周期，實現立體設計圖案在三維飛機上最年夜水平的還原。
