In the past forty years, scholars have published a large number of articles on “destroying all schools of thought and respecting Confucianism alone” and related issues, carrying out durable academic reflection and debate. This kind of conflict and reflection does not belong to political disputes, but to the “reality” of academic practices in the past and country have not only solved some old problems, but also raised some new problems. After reading the sixty or seventy of these articles, the author still feels that some key data and key issues have not received enough attention and appropriate descriptions, which directly affects people’s solution to the problem of “destroying all schools of thought and respecting Confucianism alone” and our judgment on the Han Dynasty’s academic thinking policy.

 

1. Introduction
